Brynn's New Ride

Brynn finally has a bike!  Yeah!!  I love this bike...Brynn is going to make a few changes to it so that I can ride with him.  I can't wait!

Early Morning on the Farm

It was time to work cows and because of this CRAZY heat we had to start as soon as the sun came up.

Casey was reallly happy.  She had the cows exactly where she wanted them.

I love this picture.  Casey can't wait for her dad to let that cow out, so that she can move it out to the pasture.  I was so proud of her...she knew exactly what to do.

And of course I have to add some horse pictures...they came down to watch all the action.

Pickin' in the Pasture

The 6th annual Pickin' in the Pasture was June 5, 2010...and I believe it was the best one yet! Mary Fitzgerald was there taking pictures (which will be posted later). There was also a great write-up of the party and more importantly the wonderful musicians at the party at www.farcethemusic.com. It is worth the read.

Every year this party reminds me of how blessed Brynn and I are. We have the best family (there is a fabulous picture of Rita and I that proves this point) and the most wonderful friends.

Fireman John was back with his outstanding, award winning BBQ. Also returning were all of the great musicians that we have come to love as family: Josh Grider along with Jeff and Chris, Drew Kennedy, Matt Skinner and Austin Collins. Here are a few pictures during what has become known as "Late Night".
